Andreas Tischhauser, founder and Head coach of novis electronics, has frequently had the right instinct in his life and encourages people to rely on their feelings more. One of his business cards with the title Hofnarr (Court jester) is still one of his favourites. "We hide behind titles too much. There is a lack of courage to show emotions. People try to score points with unintelligible arguments. Today there is a lack of courage to present personal points of view." This attitude was also the trigger for the foundation of novis electronics in 1996.
